Returns – Love It or Return It!

If you’re not completely in love with your Delishaa product, don’t worry — we’ve got your back!

🕒 Return Window: You can return any product within 7 days of receiving your order.
No Questions Asked: If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we’ll refund your full amount.
📦 Return Condition: Please ensure the product is substantially unused and returned in its original packaging.

Replacements – Damaged or Defective? We’re On It.

🚚 Damaged During Delivery?
Let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please share a photo of the damaged item and we’ll send a free replacement ASAP.

🧪 Not Up to Standard?
If you notice any quality issue with your Delishaa product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation and offer a free replacement where applicable.


Order Cancellation – Changed Your Mind? No Problem!

We totally get it — sometimes plans change.

Cancel Within 2 Days:
If you need to cancel your order, email us at consumer@dealishaa.in or call us at +91 80039 96003 within 2 days of placing your order. We’ll take care of it.

🚫 After 2 Days:
Once we’re prepping and packing your items, we may not be able to cancel your order. If it’s already shipped, it will fall under our Return Policy above.


Important Notes

  • For “Love It or Return It” returns, products must be substantially unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • We cover return shipping for replacements due to damage or quality issues.

  • For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • We do not accept returns or offer replacements for expired products.
