Welcome to Delishaa! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order with Delishaa, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Use of Our Website and Services

By accessing our website or purchasing from Delishaa, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.


2. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the relevant details.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change!

  • You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it by emailing us at consumer@dealishaa.in or calling us at +91 80039 96003.

  • After the 2-day window, we may already be preparing your order and won’t be able to cancel it.

  • If your order has shipped, you can return it under our Return Policy after receiving it.


4. Returns and Refunds

Love It or Return It

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Returned items must be substantially unused and in their original packaging.

  • If the return is due to a personal preference, you’ll bear the return shipping cost.

  • If it’s due to a damaged product or quality issue, we’ll cover the shipping.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.


5. Replacements

Damaged in Transit?

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and send us a photo of the damaged product. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Quality Concerns?

If your product has a defect or quality issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.


6. Product Expiry and Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for expired products.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for any return or replacement.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, images, text, and product designs — is the property of Delishaa and may not be used without our written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

Delishaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
